Published by one of Miles Mathis' contributors, this is an excellent publication and aside from the first few pages of info, can easily be scanned through in 5-10 mins. Imo, it should assist those presently being 'hoodwinked' by the mass media, to gain a more reasoned perspective - in terms of protecting their own health and well-being.
