What I find particularly interesting to consider about this is that it would seem likely an 'order/suggestion' came down from on high, that doctors and nurses with nothing whatsoever to do (because of so few CV19 patients), should be trained in synchronized choreographed dancing, with their performances then filmed and uploaded to Tik Tok social media platform. And therefore, somehow skilled cheographers must have been pre-inserted into hospitals ready.

It doesn't take a genius to realize that uploading such footage is an absolute outrage, given almost the whole world is under near house arrest (with many suffering and their lives even in danger because of no medical care, etc). Thus for so many bits of such footage to be uploaded from so many western country's hospitals is most certainly a bizarre thing. And the choreography is quite professional in many cases.

Therefore, this would seem to fit into the 'creation', perception wise of the Bad Guys Group #1 who are scripted to destroy western civilization. Literally this group are just laughing at us with these videos. Note that this is the scripting, with actors being given parts and their lines.
