Though the CV19 'pandemic' response/measures are worldwide, I believe it is useful to consider the following in conjunction with it:

• Since 9/11, a major theme of commentary outside of mainstream news has been about tptb preparing to take the US constitution down (because of it being considered the US constitution is in the 'way' of world gov).
• Such speculation actually goes back way before 9/11, well over 100 years.

Thus one might view the worldwide CV19 response as merely a 'supporting act' so as to be able to install the same measures in the US. So the flow of the script might go something like this:

Wuhan act > Worldwide act inc. US > Ceasing (or watering down) of China act > Watering down of worldwide act except in US > US left fully locked down in tyranny with constitution effectively rendered null and void by the track and trace programs.

The point being that if CV measures had been instituted in the US alone, it would have likely created a potent backlash (because why impose them in the 'land of the free' while not imposed in any other countries?). However, this point was neutralized with the measures being imposed worldwide.
